How It Works
Membership discounts apply automatically at checkout on every formula you buy while your membership is active. No codes to enter, and nothing to request manually.
- Every formula in the library can be purchased at full price with or without a membership. Membership adds a discount, and from Complete upward, direct guidance from our Head Chemist.
- Resource library is included at every tier. It's a set of practical guides covering how to brief a manufacturer, reading an INCI list, cosmetic labelling basics by region, what to expect from formula to finished product, choosing compatible packaging, and understanding stability & preservative testing.
- Adjustment guidance means help fine-tuning a formula you've purchased. That could be adjusting an active's percentage, swapping an ingredient, or troubleshooting texture, stability, or pH.
- Complete's guidance covers up to 4 different formulas per month. Follow-up questions on a formula you've already asked about don't count against that limit.
- Pro's guidance is unlimited, but scoped to formulas you've purchased through Next Labs. If you need a brand-new formula built from scratch, that's what our Custom Formulations service is for.
- Custom Formulation discount applies to Base Modification and Full Custom Development fees booked through our Custom Formulations service, 10% off for Complete members and 15% off for Pro members.
- Early access means Complete and Pro members can download new formula drops 48 hours before they're publicly listed.
- All membership tiers have a 3-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month until cancelled.
