All formulas, guides, and other content sold through Next Labs are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase.

Because of the instant, digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once a formula or digital product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.

If you believe you have received a faulty, corrupted, or incorrect file, please contact us at hello@nextlabshq.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include re-sending the correct file or, where appropriate, a refund.

Membership subscription refunds are covered separately under our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to Next Labs Membership, which is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis.

MINIMUM COMMITMENT

Next Labs Membership requires a minimum commitment period of 3 months from your initial sign-up date. Cancellation requests will take effect once this minimum period has been completed.

CANCELLATION

Membership is managed through our subscription platform. You may cancel your membership subscription once your 3-month minimum commitment period has ended. To cancel, please contact us at hello@nextlabshq.com or manage your subscription through your account.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL

- Your membership benefits (formula discount rate, and any tier-specific benefits) remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a billing period already paid for, or for the minimum commitment period.

CHANGES TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, unless otherwise stated at the time of the change.
